Nature is a powerful force. It challenges you. Grounds you. Changes you. For Shannon Yazurlo, a 2019 grant recipient, it did just that. Shannon, lover of the outdoors and K9 enthusiast, craved an adventure somewhere new and completely out of her comfort zone. This film features Shannon’s adventure at the Wintergreen Dogsled Lodge and explores the personal challenges she overcomes.
